At GottaLife4u Insurance Services, we are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This Privacy Policy describes our current policies and practices in relation to the collection, handling, use and disclosure of personal information.

Collection and Handling of Information

We collect your personal information about your insurance needs, information ranging from your name, address, contact details, age to other information about your personal affairs, when applying for a new insurance policy, renewing, changing adviser, or processing a claim, we assist you with the process.

Personal information my be obtained by us directly from you or, via a third party.

When information is providing to us via a third party we use that information on the basis that you have consented or would reasonably expect us to collect your personal information in this way.

And

We take reasonable steps two ensure that you have been made aware of how we handle your personal information.  The primary purpose for our collection and use of your personal information is to enable us to provide Insurance services to you.

Will we Disclose Information we collect overseas?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Any personal information provided to Unique Group Broker Services Pty Ltd may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Australia.  When we send information overseas, in some cases we may not be able to take reasonable steps two ensure that overseas providers do not breach the Privacy Act and they may not be subject to the same level of protection or obligations that are offered by the Act.  By proceeding to acquire our services and products you agree that you cannot seek redress under the Act or against us to the extent permitted by law and may not be able to seek redress overseas.  If you do not agree to the transfer of your personal information outside Australia, please contact us.

Cookies

A cookie is a small string of information that a website transfers to your browser for identification purposes.

Cookies. In order to collect this anonymous data we may use “cookies”. Cookies are small pieces of information which are sent to your browser and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
